BLUESCOPE STEEL MALAYSIA - HELPING CUSTOMERS BUILD COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE
BlueScope Steel Malaysia recently organised their first National Sales Conference entitled “Selling Power Within You”, in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
The inaugural sales conference, was a platform for BlueScope Steel Malaysia to introduce the Malaysian rollforming industry to a sales approach with a focus on delivering value to the end customer. Resident Trainer of Sales Achievers Academy, Mr Peter Chow, conducted the training based on substantial information collected through a thorough three-month survey ofthe building and construction industry in Malaysia. Mr Chow was chosen to represent BlueScope Steel Malaysia for his high credibility in Professional Selling Skills, specifically in the area of building and construction industry, and for his in-depth knowledge of building sustainable competitive advantage through soft skills selling.
Vice President of Marketing BlueScope Steel Malaysia, Mr Edward Choo said “The National Sales Conference aims to equip our customers with the competitive advantage of soft selling skills. Customers who attended the conference were also given an exclusive, complimentary set of Sales Achiever’s Guide to Selling which covers various topics such as customer relationship management, the power of believing and body language to further assist them.
